Evolve talent are seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing for on -going casual work in an aged care setting and work across the community in South Australia.

As such with this significant and fast growth we are expanding our residential and community aged care workforce to provide support with a casual bank for some of the largest National Aged Care Non-for-profit organisations.
 
About the role-
Working as an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide high quality care to aged care residents, working individually and as part of a team. You will complete your duties in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and the organisations policies & procedures. This will involve providing and assisting residents with personal care and hygiene needs, daily living and lifestyle activities.
 

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents and families
• Provide and assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs whilst encouraging independence
• Complete progress notes, incident reports and risk assessments
• Observe, monitor and report issues of concern
• Promote and participate in quality activities to build on growth and confidence in independent and group settings
• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with -residents, their relatives and friends
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and colleagues
• Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by the Team Leader or Registered/Enrolled Nurses

 
 
To be successful-

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Current National Police Clearance
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate
• Rights to work in Australia
• Experience in a residential aged care setting
• Must be reliable and responsible
