Our client is a global producer, marketer and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry. A new role for a Customer Service Officer has opened up for their Heidelberg office.
About the Role
The role is broad, with customer, supplier and 3 PL providers interaction. There will be a strong interface with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest levels.

- Work autonomously
- customer interaction, CRM platform experience
- Flexible, proactive with a focus on continuous improvement
- A proficiency in MS office, experience with SAP is desirable
