The Opportunity
Evolve Talent is very excited to be partnering with a global company within the FM industry. 
Due to growth, this business now requires a HSE Advisor to oversee and support their FM operations.
This role will be on an 8/6 back-to-back roster and is FIFO.

About the role 
Reporting to the site HSE lead, you will work closely with the site-based team to partner with all aspects of HSE. 
Some of the duties include:

• Incident investigations / risk assessments / site inductions / running programs / toolbox talks 
• Identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies, and procedures. 
• Engage with onsite personnel to encourage a positive safety culture

Skills & requirements 

• You will have experience in a safety role
• Exposure to transport or aviation safety is advantageous
• Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety
• Ability to live and work off a FIFO arrangement 
• Enthusiastic and energetic, ready to drive change
