About the role:

• Small MPS with Beds
• Managing a cohort of 11 perm staff and incoming agency staff
• Rostering/recruting/Budgeting
• Maybe required to work clinicall
• Fulltime hours
• SRN4 position 
• Free accommodation – family/pet friendly
• Free travel

About YOU:

• Must have ED/acute experience
• Must be able to triage 
• Must have managment experience
• Post grad in managment is desired – not essential
• Must be happy to work clinically if required
• at least 5 years post graduate experience
