Evolve Talent Pty Ltd is looking to hire Recruitment Consultants for our NSW office as we continue to experience growth in this area. This is a full-time permanent role (38-hour week) with annual remuneration between $80,000 – $100,000 (negotiable depending on experience) on offer.

You would work as part of a growing team and job duties would include the following:
 

  • Client visits – identify and follow up business leads
  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other avenues
  • Advertising job advertisements using various platforms
  • Reference checks on candidates
  • Negotiation of employment contracts
  • Interviewing candidates to successfully fill positions
  • Business development
  • Proactively managing and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Building rapport with candidates and clients
  • Reviewing & Screening CV’s

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
  • 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Consultant position is required
  • Construction industry experience is advantageous
