Evolve Talent Pty Ltd is looking to hire Recruitment Consultants for our NSW office as we continue to experience growth in this area. This is a full-time permanent role (38-hour week) with annual remuneration between $80,000 – $100,000 (negotiable depending on experience) on offer.
You would work as part of a growing team and job duties would include the following:
- Client visits – identify and follow up business leads
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other avenues
- Advertising job advertisements using various platforms
- Reference checks on candidates
- Negotiation of employment contracts
- Interviewing candidates to successfully fill positions
- Business development
- Proactively managing and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Building rapport with candidates and clients
- Reviewing & Screening CV’s
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
- 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Consultant position is required
- Construction industry experience is advantageous
