Job Description
Evolve Talent is looking for suitably experienced, motivated, and passionate Sous Chefs to join our team working for one of our clients on a full-time basis in West Perth.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef role
- Support our Head Chef in the day to day running of the Kitchen.
- Provide consistent high-quality foods across all departments.
- Follow established recipes and standards.
- Modern Italian seasonal menus – High volume al la carte
- Ability to motivate and encourage team spirit
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery
