Our client:
Our client is a global company who has over 60 years experience within building & mining industry. They have locations all over Australia which offers employees national as well as international opportunities.
The job:
They are looking for a reliable person to assist the maintenance team in the workshop. This will be anything from using hand tools to jumping on the forklift to cleaning work areas.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repairs on modular buildings
- Use of hand tools
- Driving forklift and moving goods
- Preparation of parts and materials for set work
- Providing support to maintenance personnel
- Maintain a clean working environment
Must have:
- Clean national police clearance
- Must have Forklift licence, valid Driver’s licence and clean national police clearance
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to liaise with supervisors on daily tasks
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and medical checks including drug and alcoho
